My historyOrigins

Background, studies
and discovered passions

My roots are in Origgio, a small town in the province of Varese — the kind of place where you learn early that trust is built in person, one relationship at a time.

My path began with systems and numbers: I graduated in Business Administration at LIUC in Castellanza in 1999, and started out in Arthur Andersen, in the practice that would become part of Deloitte. What I discovered early, and never lost, is that I care less about the model on the slide than about the people who have to turn it into something real. That's the lens I've carried ever since.

Outside the firm, my compass is simple: family and friends above all, travel that keeps me curious, and swimming — which taught me endurance long before business did.

Journey

I began my career in Audit & Assurance at Arthur Andersen, was trained in Risk Advisory (ERS), and then grew professionally in Consulting, carrying with me the strong sense of partnership that the senior partners instilled in me.

Over the years I have held several leadership roles — from FSI Consulting and Banking & Capital Markets leadership to my current roles as Engineering, AI & Data Offering Portfolio Leader and Global Lead Client Service Partner of Intesa Sanpaolo — serving clients in the market and leading our people and businesses inside the firm.

In my 27 years at Deloitte I have worked across the entire network and consistently promoted the values that are the backbone of our partnership: integrity, fairness, trust, transparency and inclusion.

Moments that
changed everything

Who I am today, both personally and professionally, is the result of a few defining moments that completely changed my life and allowed me to grow.

My marriage and the birth of my two children were moments of immense joy, and becoming a mother has profoundly shaped the person and professional I am today.

Becoming a partner in 2014 was another major milestone, which I embraced as the start of a journey full of challenges and opportunities.
